In accordance with the Guadalupe County Travel Policy, authorization for two employees from the Fire Marshal/ Emergency Management Office to travel out-of-state to attend the National Homeland Security Conference in Miami Beach, Florida, July 22-25, 2024.   

D.

Review the evaluation scoring and recommendation for RFP 24-11, Security Cameras & Door Access Control, and award the contract.

E.

The Guaranteed Maximum Price with Tejas Premier Building Contractor, Construction Manager At Risk (CMAR) RFQ 23-22, for the remodel of the Elbel Building, located at 1101 Elbed Road, Schertz.

F.

The Interlocal Agreement between Guadalupe County and the City of New Berlin regarding the repair of a portion of Gin Road within the city limits of New Berlin.  

G.

The conference registration, mileage, and lodging reimbursement requests from the Guadalupe County Historical Commission for one member who attended the Texas State Historical Association 128th Annual meeting in College Station February 28 through March 2, 2024.

H.

The Fiscal Year 2025 Guadalupe County Budget Calendar.
